Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. as an Operations Lead. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the production process and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Production Schedules
Develop and implement production schedules and duty assignments to ensure the efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
Evaluate Daily OperationsEvaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes.
Inventory ManagementManage the inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Team LeadershipLead and manage a team of production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Budget ManagementManage the departmental budget to ensure that expenses are within approved limits and that resources are allocated effectively.
Requirements- Education
A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
SkillsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of production staff.
Computer SkillsProficient in MS Windows and other relevant software applications.
Industry ExperienceExperience in a fabricated metal industry, preferably in a production management role.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
Personal QualitiesExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
