CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is embarking on the next chapter of its development, and we are seeking a collaborative individual with leadership skills and the ability to obtain the collaboration of internal partners within a project team, who will contribute to defining the way to pursue our growth and propel CIE_101 Beneva Inc. to new heights. Join our Vice-President of Digital as a Digital Experience Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for the evolution, planning, coordination, and implementation of projects and initiatives related to CIE_101 Beneva Inc.'s digital platforms (secure customer space, secure partner space, online submissions, etc.).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Product Owner (PO) in the context of digital projects
  • Contribute to prioritizing the most promising digital initiatives to achieve a better return on investment and a distinctive customer experience
  • Coordinate the work of a multidisciplinary team, from design to delivery, according to established priorities, breaking down work with experts, participating in defining business needs, negotiating with internal colleagues on solutions, and ensuring deadlines are respected
  • Represent your multidisciplinary team in choosing solutions, respecting user needs (UX and UI design, UX writing, approach, accessibility, etc.), business needs, and technological capabilities
  • Represent the digital team in defining needs and collecting information and facilitate the work of experts
  • Coordinate the deployment of cross-functional solutions between different digital platforms, soliciting concerned Product Owners, presenting all required information to deploy the solution, ensuring deadlines are respected, and reporting on progress and business and technical affairs
  • Report on the progress of work and the velocity of the team, as well as propose solutions for efficiency and optimization when necessary
  • Monitor the performance of digital platforms under your responsibility and recommend necessary adjustments to achieve organizational objectives and optimize the user experience

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in marketing or a related field to e-commerce/numerical or equivalent work experience
  • Cumulate a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in coordinating digital projects
  • Possess knowledge of digital, e-commerce, and mobile from a user experience perspective
  • Possess knowledge of Agile project management and experience as a Product Owner (PO)
  • Master the French language, both orally and in writing, as well as an intermediate-advanced mastery of the English language, both orally and in writing, due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with Anglophone colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to respond to the company's growth objectives
