Job Title: NOC Director

The ROME GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and strategic NOC Director to lead our organization's outreach initiatives and support the development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing our community presence, managing our digital platforms, and driving engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to promote our organization's mission and initiatives.
  • Manage and curate content across social media platforms, maintaining a consistent organizational voice.
  • Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute online campaigns supporting annual giving.
  • Lead volunteer recruitment, training, and management efforts.
  • Plan, support, and participate in events to promote our initiatives and engage with the community.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of multi-channel communications experience, particularly in the digital environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in content creation and curation that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills across digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in event planning, including the development of project timelines and the selection and coordination of vendors.
