Director of Advanced Air Mobility Initiatives
CAE's New Markets Group is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge training, engineering, and operational solutions for both private and public sectors globally. Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of pilots, maintainers, operators, and air traffic service providers. We pride ourselves on being the innovators within CAE, approaching challenges with a fresh perspective and tailoring our solutions to align with customer requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A university degree, ideally in International Trade, Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- A pilot license and flying experience are significant advantages. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential for developing a business strategy and motivating a team.
- Proven experience in team building is crucial.
- Familiarity with the eVTOL market is beneficial.
- Ability to identify business and partnership opportunities with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation skills and strong oral and written communication abilities. Experience presenting to large audiences and at international events is preferred.
- High commercial awareness and a history of engaging with middle and senior management as well as decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and expanding sales and business opportunities.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a strong competitive spirit.
- Client service orientation.
- Strong business insight.
- Creativity and a drive for innovation.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, along with good presentation skills. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Experience in drafting focused briefs, reports, business letters, and business plans.
