Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, booking appointments, and scheduling repairs.
  • Create accurate estimates for the service department and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by technicians, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide updates on work performed.
  • Explain all work performed and charges to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to climb in and out of Class 8 trucks, with a focus on safety and physical ability.
