Job Summary

First Truck Centre is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at our Edmonton South branch. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as automotive or trucking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
