Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our project teams, including subcontractors and trades employees.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 years or more of experience in a field supervisory role of medium-sized commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in coordinating on-site operations, including interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications.
