Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of project operations, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a field supervisory role of medium-sized commercial construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Proficient in coordinating on-site operations, including interpretation and implementation of drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
