Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Mac's Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient preparation and presentation of food.
- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a high level of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ordering as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of sales, stock, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and safety.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to noise, heat, and pressure.
