Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Mac's Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient preparation and presentation of food.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to our company's food safety policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ordering as necessary.
- Training and Development: Train kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including food sales, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
This is a fast-paced environment with a high level of noise and pressure. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
