Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable.
    • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Store, update, and retrieve financial data in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
    • Manage cash and ensure timely payment of invoices to clients.
    • Collect payments from debtors and maintain accurate records of payments received.
    • Process and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • General Office Duties
    • Perform general office duties, including maintaining filing and record systems, and performing clerical tasks as required.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee hours worked and payroll information.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
