About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room Preparation: Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning, making sure all areas are tidy and ready for guests.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Make beds, replenish supplies, and deliver items to guests as needed.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality in all areas of the hotel.

Requirements

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and push/pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
