Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and bathrooms, promoting a positive image of the property to guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning;
  • Make beds according to hotel standards;
  • Replenish guestroom and bath supplies;
  • Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests;
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties as required;
  • Maintain work area and equipment according to hotel standards;
  • Attend to guest calls and requests in the assigned area;
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance;
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces;
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping;
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift;
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination;
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
