Job Title: Legal Assistant - Insurance Defence

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Insurance Defence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
  • Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Assist with the coordination of court appearances and trials
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a related field
  • Legal Assistant/Law Clerk/Paralegal Diploma or Certificate
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other software relevant to the role
