Key Responsibilities

As an essential member of a nationally recognized Security Firm, the Security Professional will:

  • Utilize strong decision-making and communication skills in all aspects of Site Security and Safety.
  • Adhere to Site Safety and Emergency Protocols during Fire Alarms and other emergencies.
  • Follow specific Post Orders for each assigned location.

Participate in site-specific training:



  • Receive guidance from Supervisors, manage traffic and pedestrian flow at site entry points, and conduct vehicle and bag inspections.
  • Conduct patrols of designated areas on foot or via vehicle to ensure the security of personnel, buildings, and equipment.
  • Monitor surroundings for safety violations or potential hazards.
  • Identify and report irregularities, including security breaches, safety risks, and emergency situations.
  • Provide assistance to individuals in need.
  • Engage emergency services, such as police, fire, or ambulance, as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information appropriately.
  • Utilize two-way radios and computer systems effectively.
  • Be open to completing training as required by Paladin Security or the client.
