Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Stigg Security Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Team Management: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
