Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Professional to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our sites and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Security and Safety: Apply your decision-making and strong communication skills to all duties and responsibilities related to site security and safety.
  • Emergency Response: Ensure that site safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies.
  • Post Orders: Follow post orders for each site posted.
Site Specific Training
  • Direction and Guidance: Follow direction and guidance from your supervisor, conduct traffic and pedestrian control at site access points, and perform vehicle and bag searches.
  • Patrol and Monitoring: Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a motor vehicle to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security.
  • Safety Infractions: Monitor the environment for safety infractions or hazards.
  • Irregularities: Watch for and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations.
  • Support and Assistance: Offer support to any person in need of assistance.
  • Emergency Response: Contact emergency responders, such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel, as required.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of data and information.
  • Communication: Respond to inquiries and requests for information in an appropriate manner.
  • Technology: Utilize two-way radio and computer applications.
  • Professional Development: Willing to take courses as required by Paladin Security or by the client.
