Job Title: Director of Medical and Surgical Clinical Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Medical and Surgical Clinical Services to join our team at North Bay Regional Health Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our medical and surgical clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to our medical and surgical clinical services teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to advance our clinical services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare administration, nursing)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of improving patient care and outcomes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
