Position Overview

The Operations Director will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and strategic programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official engagements, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Establish and oversee financial and administrative controls; design and approve marketing strategies; and manage comprehensive human resources planning.
