Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FORCE INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic image.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Work Environment: Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of work.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate flexibility, being organized, and working effectively as a team player, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Work Terms: Work on a permanent basis, with a regular working week of 30 to 35 hours.
- Language: Work in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
