Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Wimpy's Diner is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Communication: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
Work Environment:

Wimpy's Diner is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
