About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at LINDBERG HOMBURGER MODENT DENTAL STUDIOS LTD. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, designing and managing investment strategies, and overseeing the collection and analysis of financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
    • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure they are within budget.
  • Investment Strategy and Management
    • Design and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
    • Manage investment portfolios and ensure they are aligned with the company's financial goals.
  • Financial Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 16-20 finance professionals to ensure they are meeting their financial goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
    • 5 years or more of experience in finance, preferably in a healthcare institution or facility.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning and control, investment strategy and management, and financial data analysis and reporting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
    • Knowledge of Visual Basic is an asset.
