Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at 2023428 Alberta LTD. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient bar operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure accurate ordering and stocking of products.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our bar and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our bar is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Bar Manager, you will be working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
