Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks.
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the bar.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Bar Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
