About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Bohca Bistro & Bar Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible quality and value for our business.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and customer demands.
