Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Territory Manager/Tooling Outside Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting our vendor-managed inventory/integrated supply program to customers in Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new customer opportunities
  • Grow and manage existing accounts by establishing primary contacts and building relationships
  • Drive sales and develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned sales territory
  • Proactively work on marketing campaigns and optimize their effectiveness
  • Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to assess their current and future needs and respond promptly
  • Actively promote our vendor-managed inventory/integrated supply program
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
  • Self-starter with a competitive aptitude
  • Machining experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and mechanical abilities
  • Positive and optimistic outlook
  • Outgoing and confident in earning new business
  • Able to engage in market feedback and stay current on industry trends
  • Knowledge of our represented products preferred
  • Machinist background preferred
