Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Singh Security Services. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate goods or services.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Sales to Existing Clients
You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and promoting our products and services to existing clients.
Assess Client Needs and ResourcesYou will assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services that meet their requirements.
Conduct Sales TransactionsYou will conduct sales transactions, including preparing and administering sales contracts.
Troubleshoot ProblemsYou will troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support to clients.
Advertise and Promote ProductsYou will advertise and promote our products and services to potential clients.
Provide Customer ServiceYou will provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
Supervise Technical Sales SpecialistsYou will supervise the activities of other technical sales specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
Estimate CostsYou will estimate the costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
Requirements- Education
A Bachelor's degree is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficiency in MS Office is required.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesYou must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityYou must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have a client-focused approach.

Assist with Settlement NeedsYou will assist with the immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and childcare.
Support Social and Labour Market IntegrationYou will support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, including facilitating access to community resources and language training.
Recruit Newcomers and RefugeesYou will recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
Support Foreign Credential RecognitionYou will support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
Offer Mentorship ProgramsYou will offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees.
Provide Diversity and Cross-Cultural TrainingYou will provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Support for Youths- Participate in Government or Community Programs
You will participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
Offer On-the-Job TrainingYou will offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
Offer Mentorship and CoachingYou will offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth.
Provide Awareness TrainingYou will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for Indigenous People- Participate in Government or Community Programs
You will participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
Offer Mentorship and CoachingYou will offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
Develop Relationships with Indigenous CommunitiesYou will develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
Provide Cultural Competency TrainingYou will provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Facilitate Access to EldersYou will facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
Support for Visible Minorities- Participate in Government or Community Programs
You will participate in government or community programs that support members of visible minorities.
Apply Hiring PoliciesYou will apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
