Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at T&M Wholesale Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
- Logistics and Operations: Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
- Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week
