About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at T&M Wholesale Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations.

Manage Inventory and Logistics

Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and control.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and inventory levels.

Train and Supervise Staff

Train and supervise warehouse staff in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are met.

Procure and Maintain Inventory

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure Compliance and Safety

Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.

Work Setting

Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.

Supervision

3-4 people.

Work Term

Permanent.

Work Language

English.

Hours

35 to 44 hours per week.
