We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Suvnj Hospitality Inc. o/a A&W. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans, negotiate with suppliers, and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
