Restaurant Manager Job Description

CPU Pizza & Big Guy's Fried Chicken is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team to success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of restaurant operations and management.
