Job Description

CPU Pizza & Big Guy's Fried Chicken is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Cost products and services, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to drive sales and growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.
