Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Green Gables Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our guests and the hotel.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
