The Salesforce QA Specialist will be responsible for testing deliverables of both internal and external applications to support projects. This includes system integration, business acceptance, performance, and deployment verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test deliverables of both internal and external applications to support projects.
  • Conduct system integration, business acceptance, performance, and deployment verification.
  • Develop and maintain automated and/or manual tests required for various applications.
  • Participate in the maintenance, design, and development of automated and/or manual tests.
  • Support the Test Lead in Automation Test Strategy and Test Planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in Salesforce quality assurance programs/project.
  • Familiarity with UX testing, responsive design testing, mobile testing on iOS, Android.
  • Automation experience with Selenium using Java.
  • Experience using defect tracking tool such as JIRA.
  • Experience in load/performance testing.
  • Proficiency in developing test plans.
  • Testing applications with complex integrations with full end-to-end test cycle.
  • Experience in writing SQLs.
  • Experience using JMeter.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations.

Preferred Skills:

  • At least 2+ Years of relevant Selenium Automation Testing experience.
  • Knowledge of various automation test tools, processes, and ability to adapt new and emerging test tools and trends.
  • Use of source/version control repository software.
  • Working experience with performance testing and tools such as JMETER.
