Work Setting

This role is situated within a professional cleaning service company, focusing on delivering exceptional cleanliness and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions.
  • Supervise and organize the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
