Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Sunrise Farms is a leading poultry industry company with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Our finance operations team is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts receivable for multiple companies and locations, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Reconcile payments received on bank statements to cash book on a weekly basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales representatives, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and escalate concerns related to customer invoices, past due accounts, and disputes.
  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform bank runs and cover receptionist duties during lunch hours, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong background in data entry and high-volume invoice processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required for bank runs.
