Senior Transportation Engineer/Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transportation Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our transportation engineering group, you will be responsible for managing transportation engineering projects and teams, as well as developing technical expertise and client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Manage transportation engineering projects and teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in transportation engineering, including functional and preliminary designs, detailed designs, and contract administration.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary project teams, including transportation, municipal, and structural engineers, transportation systems planners, planners, environmental scientists, and technical support staff.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our transportation engineering practice.
- Contribute to the career development of junior staff, providing technical direction, training recommendations, coaching, and mentoring.
- Participate in professional associations and committees to contribute to Dillon's corporate profile and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM).
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in transportation engineering, preferably with an emphasis on transportation projects within the consulting industry.
- Proven leadership and business development capabilities, with experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
