The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. This will involve building strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with other teams to contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement client relationship strategies to drive business growth and retention.
- Work closely with other teams to contribute to the overall growth strategy and achieve business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on retirement planning and pension management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement marketing strategies and client communication plans.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client relationships.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retirement industry.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as business administration or equivalent training.
- Strong networking skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of success in business growth and development.
- LLQP licensed in Ontario or willingness to obtain.
- CEBS designation (or working towards designation) would be an asset.
- Bilingual – English and French – would be an asset.
- Ability to travel in the South Western Ontario region.
