Job Description

BIA Bakes Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key customers.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

Experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years: Experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
