About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Business Optimization and Systems team at CMHC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming the way we do business to enable CMHC to achieve its strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the business usage of data and how it interacts between systems.
  • Provide advice and guidance on operational data elements, data structure, and tools to interact with data.
  • Interface with the client community and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data-related incidents, support hotfix, and long-term solutions.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of data-related experience, including cross-system integrations.
  • Experience in two or more of the following: Cloudera Hue, Collibra, Databricks, Hive, R, Spark, Python, SQL.
  • Preferred experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, DevOps, Azure, Custom Applications built with microservices.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to discuss technical topics with non-technical/diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
