Job Summary

Pacific Community Resources Society is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Inter-Regional At-Risk Youth Link (IRAYL) team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of at-risk youth in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach programs to engage with at-risk youth and provide support services
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective program coordination and evaluation
  • Provide guidance and support to youth participants to help them achieve their goals and aspirations

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. social work, youth work, community development)
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and community organizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
