Youth Outreach Worker

Job Summary

Pacific Community Resources Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Outreach Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Inter-Regional At-Risk Youth Link (IRAYL) team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable youth in Surrey.

About the Role

This Regular Full Time position offers a competitive Grid 13 salary of $32.17/hour, reporting directly to the Team Lead, IRAYL. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, and we encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide outreach and support services to at-risk youth in Surrey
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of youth programs and services
  4. Collaborate with the IRAYL team to achieve program goals and objectives
