About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Global Pathways Limited. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services: Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing annual budgets and ensure effective financial management.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including hiring, training, and supervising office and volunteer staff.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: General office environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Quick Books, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to manage a large caseload and workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgment, organized, team player, values and ethics, and time management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
