Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Support Associate to join our team at Coach. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling and service techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
