Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate Sunglass Hut

Job Summary:

Sunglass Hut is a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses with over 1600 retail stores across North America. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and providing personalized shopping experiences.
  • Confidently provide exceptional customer service, making connections, and offering unique shopping experiences that result in customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management, and taking pride in the appearance of the store.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Embracing new technology and change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
