Job Description

S & S GORAYA LTD. is seeking a skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with experience in developing specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to optimize transportation operations
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Train and supervise a team of 5-15 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics
  • Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment
