About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Caper Hardware Deployment Ops team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in managing the lifecycle of our Caper carts in the US and Canada. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the scheduling of cart shipments, optimizing daily, weekly, and monthly workflows for maximum efficiency, and implementing and enforcing inventory management protocols for order entry, goods receipt, and shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the scheduling of cart shipments, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and enforce inventory management protocols for order entry, goods receipt, and shipment.
  • Operations Reporting: Establish and manage a reporting system to monitor and analyze On Time Delivery, Productivity, Inventory, and other relevant warehouse metrics.
  • Equipment Management: Develop and document procedures for the maintenance and support of warehouse equipment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Post Secondary Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse lead or in a similar supervisory role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control and optimize warehouse processes.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage projects and day-to-day operations with a sense of urgency and without compromising quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JHSC Certified.
  • Valid Reach truck Operator Certification.
