Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Forklift Operator I, you will be responsible for safely operating powered material handling equipment to receive, store, and fulfill orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate basic powered material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts, to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Ensure product safety, quality, and legality by performing quality control checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, and sort and build product to pallets to meet customer expectations.
  • Perform pre- and post-equipment checks and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve distribution goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to operate powered material handling equipment and meet all PPE and fall protection requirements.
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
