Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide daily support for robust Windows environments that deliver essential services.
  2. Implement new Windows Server systems to align with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with network and hardware teams to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and monitor system performance.
  4. Maintain a strong security posture by applying best practices and addressing vulnerabilities.
  5. Work with colleagues to create automation strategies and deployment processes.
  6. Contribute to the design of innovative solutions and enhance existing infrastructure.
  7. Engage in Agile sprints as necessary.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of adapting to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment. You are customer-focused, an effective communicator, and thrive in collaborative settings while also being an independent and motivated team member eager to embrace new technologies.

Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Networking, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  2. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in:
  • Windows system management and virtualization technologies.
  • Office 365 suite (including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Office 365 migration processes.
  • Azure cloud services.
  • Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO.
  • PowerShell or similar scripting for automation.
  • Mobile Device Management solutions.
  • Backup and recovery systems.
Additional Skills
  1. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully.
  3. Willingness to provide on-call support as needed.
