Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Unionville Pizza Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage cash handling, balance sheets, and related financial reports.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing planning and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
    • Develop and execute promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee files, inventory levels, and financial reports.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
    • Experience
      • At least 1 year of experience in a fast food restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
    • Language
      • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Work Hours
      • 32-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
